If you are not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it, unused and in its original packaging within seven (7) days for an exchange or refund.
We will happily exchange or refund faulty products within 30 days of purchase. However, the return shipping will be at the Customer’s expense. We check all jewellery prior to shipping to ensure your receive your handmade product in order. If you believe the item to be faulty you will need to contact Mamo Jo within the timeframe above. If this time has lapsed, your purchase can not be exchanged or refunded.
Please note that all our jewellery is handmade and due to the organic nature of many of the materials, the colour of the recycled glass may change and the size of the shells will sometimes be smaller and larger. Please allow for these natural imperfections as it is often part of the charm. And makes your piece unique.
